Moscow flights may be disrupted by Victory Day rehearsals

Incoming flights to Moscow’s  Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo and Vnukovo airports may be affected by the rehearsals for the Victory Day parade which takes place on 9 May. According to Russia’s air traffic administration, the airspace over the three airports will be closed to civilian flights between 7:30am and 8:20am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On 9 May Russia will celebrate the 70th anniversary of the WWII victory over Nazi Germany and parades will take place across the country with the largest one in Moscow. Read more: themoscowtimes.com
