New helicopter tour of Shanghai launched

Those seeking a bird’s eye view of Shanghai can now do so on a the first low-altitude helicopter tour over the city. The 35-minute tours take in an area of about 40 kilometres and hover over sights including the Shanghai World Expo park, the Bund, Century Park and the Huangpu River. The trip costs ¥4999 (US$800) and tickets can be booked at Gaodong Maritime Salvage Airport in Pudong, where the tours take off. Read more: shanghaiist.com
