The Dehradun-Varanasi Janta Express has derailed on its way from Dehra Dun to Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh, killing 15 passengers and injuring more than 150. Rail services between Varanasi and Lucknow continue to be disrupted as emergency teams try to clear wrecked carriages from the tracks.
