Singapore air passenger voucher scheme extended

Singapore Airlines and SilkAir customers transiting in Singapore will continue to receive either a $20 or $40 shopping voucher until the end of March 2016. The vouchers, which can be redeemed at more than 510 retail, food and service outlets in the transit and public areas of the three main terminals (including airport lounges), are also available to passengers on selected Air New Zealand-operated flights to or from Auckland. Launched in October 2012, the Changi Transit Programme is a joint initiative with Changi Airport to encourage more travellers to hub out of Singapore. Read more: straitstimes.com
