Beijing’s Forbidden City ups special offers for 90th anniversary
The Palace Museum in Beijing, better known as the Forbidden City, will increase its offerings to visitors in celebration of its 90th anniversary in 2015. The palace has plans to open previously closed-off areas to tourists and display a number of items that have never been shown before. Additionally, the palace will add a digital display screen outside, showing opening times. Admission will be free on the first Wednesday of every month until April. Read more: wantchinatimes.com
