Man dies on geocaching trip in town hosting World Ski Championships

It’s been confirmed that a man who was found dead in Falun, Sweden, was on a ‘geocaching’ trip, a kind of GPS-based treasure hunt. A murder investigation was launched in the town – which is currently hosting the World Ski Championships – after the body of the man in his mid-50s was discovered under a bridge on Tuesday. However, while police are awaiting the results of his post mortem examination before closing their criminal investigation, they said it’s likely he fell from the bridge accidentally.
