Plane slides off Dallas runway during ice storm

An American Airlines flight slid off the runway at a Dallas airport amid an ice storm on Monday. The plane was taxiing from one runway to another when the nose wheel skidded on ice and got stuck in the mud. All 63 passengers and five crew members were uninjured. Ice and snow storms have debilitated much of the United States in recent weeks, knocking out power and causing traffic accidents nationwide. Read more: reviewjournal.com
