Malaysia launches taxi app in KL to stop cabbies haggling with tourists
Malaysia’s tourism minister appealed to Kuala Lumpur taxi drivers to stop overcharging tourists upon the launch of a new app that allows users to book fixed-rate cabs from anywhere in the peninsula to KL airport. CAB2klia’s fleet of taxis offer fixed fares regardless of traffic conditions and routes taken by the driver.
