First section of Trevi fountain restoration finished

Scaffolding is being removed from the central part of Rome’s Trevi fountain after restoration work, which began on the fourth of June 2014, was completed. Renovation work, which is being paid for by the fashion house Fendi, will now move to the side sections and the sculpture of Oceanus in the central niche. Read more: ansa.it
