Malindo Air opens new air connection between Nepal and Malaysia

Malaysia-based airline Malindo Air is the latest carrier to offer flights to Nepal, which has seen a significant upsurge in flights in recent months. The airline will offer daily flights between Kathmandu and Kuala Lumpur, competing with Malaysia Airlines, which is struggling financially after a string of accidents. Kathmandu is now served by direct flights from Malaysia, Singapore, China, India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and South Korea, as well as destinations across the Gulf. Read more: myrepublica.com
