Korean coffee chain offers customer discounts for good manners

Patrons of South Korea’s Angel-in-us Coffee chain could benefit from discounts for saying ‘please’ when they order. The chain is offering a 50% discount to customers who say hello, call their barista by name and say ‘please’ when they order. Just saying ‘please’ will garner a 20% discount. Meanwhile, customers who use no niceties in their orders will pay 50% more. Read more: wsj.com
