Flights between Nepal and Sri Lanka to resume after 25 years
Flights from Colombo to Kathmandu are set to resume after a 25 year gap. The last flight between Nepal and Sri Lanka took off in the 1980s, but passenger numbers plummeted with the start of the civil war in Sri Lanka and the route became unprofitable.
