Customers at McDonald’s in Japan are only able to order small servings of fries, as long delays in imports have led to a french-fry shortage affecting the country’s more than 3000 McDonald’s restaurants. There is apparently nothing stopping customers ordering multiple portions of small fries, but for the foreseeable future there will be no medium or large portions on offer. Read more: theguardian.com
