Severe weather closes eight airports in Colombia

Aerocivil, Colombia’s aviation agency, said eight airports across the country were closed on Tuesday due to bad weather conditions. Five of the airports – Girardot, Ibague, Manizales, Pereira and Pasto – were closed on Wednesday and are expected to remain closed or operate with restrictions for the rest of the day.
