Severe storms and flooding in southeastern France has claimed the lives of five people so far while thousands of homes are being evacuated. The worst storms to hit the region in years has caused the river Agly in the Pyrenees-Orientales region and the river Berre to flood forcing people to flee the areas. Read more: thelocal.fr
