Europe's largest shopping mall opens in Moscow

The biggest shopping mall in Europe, called Aviapark, has opened in northwest Moscow. Work on the mall began two years ago, and a number of stores are still under construction. With 230,000 sq m, it is the size of 36 football fields, and has more than 500 stores and 80 restaurants. There’s also a four-storey cylindrical aquarium and a small skating rink. The shopping mall is reached by a shuttle bus from the Dynamo metro station. Read more: themoscowtimes.com
