London to launch world’s longest urban trampoline

The world’s longest urban trampoline will be constructed in London next year. The Bounceway, billed as ‘a novel solution to the boredom of the morning commute’ and ‘a new way to keep fit’ is planned for a site near the London Eye. The trampoline is backed by charity Architecture for Humanity, and will be partly crowd-funded. It’s one of a number of 2015 developments to enliven the city’s streets including new graphic designs for pedestrian crossings and interactive lighting on an underpass. Read more: standard.co.uk
