Heavy storms and flash flooding have caused havoc across Morocco this weekend, killing at least 30. Dozens of people are still missing. Marrakesh, Ouarzazate and Agadir were all affected, with six national highways cut off and many homes destroyed. There are reports that authorities were warned that the amount of rain expected would cause severe flooding but did not put safety measures in place. Read more: aljazeera.com
