Drones spotted flying close to JFK airport

Several pilots flying into New York ’s JFK airport have reported seeing unmanned drones in the airspace flying close to passenger planes. Experts say that if a drone gets caught in a jet engine it could cause more damage than a bird. The Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) confirmed that none of the pilots of the reported sightings had to take action to avoid the drones. Read more: travelmole.com
