A General Assembly committee of the United Nations has voted against North Korea on the issue of human rights. The committee voted Tuesday night in favour of referring the country to the International Criminal Courts (ICC) for crimes against humanity. The vote passed 111-19 with 55 abstentions and will now be passed on to the General Assembly itself for a resolution. If passed, it would be up to the 15-member UN Security Council to refer North Korea to the ICC. Read more: cnn.com
