A man in Canby, Oregon, just south of Portland, has carved a 40ft tall nutcracker, which he believes is the world’s largest. According to Guinness World Records, the largest on record was built by a German team and stands 33ft 1in (10.10m) tall. The Oregon nutcracker is large enough to crack a coconut. The nutcracker will be used in the Festival of Lights in Roseburg, OR, starting 23 November. Read more: kptv.com
