Thousands to congregate for free Veterans Day concert in Washington DC

The National Mall in Washington DC will be an extra specially patriotic place to be on Tuesday night as the capital hosts a free, three-hour concert for Veterans Day. The Concert for Valor show will bring the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Rihanna, The Black Keys and Dave Grohl to the stage and organisers estimate the crowd could reach up to 800,000 people. Many streets around the National Mall will be shut down for most of Tuesday. Read more: washingtonpost.com
