In Chicago spooksters will be bundling up their Halloween costumes extra tight tonight as the city has experienced the biggest downfall of snow ever recorded on 31st of October. One-tenth of an inch of snow was measured at O’Hare International Airport on Friday morning. The forecast for the rest of the day is for temperatures around 35°F (2°C), but with winds of up to 60mph making it feel much colder. Read more: chicagotribune.com
