Blindfolded man to walk high wire between Chicago skyscrapers

On Sunday at 6pm Chicagoans will be looking to the sky and keeping all fingers crossed as tightrope walker, Nik Wallenda, attempts to walk a hire wire between two of the city’s famous skyscrapers. What’s more, he will be blindfolded as he makes the walk. The city is imposing road and bridge closures, plus a ban on drones while Wallenda makes the walk, which is expected to last two hours. The walk will be made from the 534 ft Marina City building ‘uphill’ to the 635 ft Leo Burnett building. Read more: chicagotribune.com
