One of Mexico’s greatest festivals, Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead) is under threat in the capital, Mexico City, due to a lack of burial space. One of the main traditions associated with the festival is visiting the graves of family members but with the population rising and graveyards filling up, residents are having to resort to cremating loved ones meaning there’s nowhere to visit to pay their respects.
