Indonesian officials have earmarked four Sumatran villages to be developed for volcano tourism. Officials used Tiga Pancur village in the Simpang Empat district as an example of a town that could benefit from a specially constructed observation point from which the crater of rumbling Mt Sinabung can be more clearly viewed.
