New poll votes Islamabad as world’s worst airport

Islamabad is the world’s worst airport, according to a new poll by the Guide to Sleeping at Airports website. Travellers slammed the ageing Islamabad Benazir Bhutto International Airport on most measures of quality, including comfort, facilities, cleanliness and customer service. The authorities are aware of the problem however – a new airport is under construction at Fateh Jang, set to open in 2015. Read more: independent.co.uk
