Visitor stands at the Wynwood Art District have been inaugurated by the mayor, making the Miami arts hotspot an official tourist destination. Guides will now offer tours around the district, highlighting street-side wall murals, art galleries and other attractions. The district has recently gained traction as an art enclave after a number of artists were unable to afford Miami’s rising costs of living. Read more: nytimes.com
