Worst Yosemite fire season in years claims life of firefighter pilot
The pilot of a plane who was helping put out a fire in Yosemite National Park has been killed after the aircraft hit a cliff. The accident happened at the Arch Rock entrance, at the western end of the valley, as the air tanker was being used to extinguish the latest blaze in the area.
