This is heaven for vegans, the gluten-free inclined, health conscious and environmentally aware. In winter, raw sweets and salads are complemented by a daily hot special (perhaps dhal and rice). Takeaway packaging is recyclable but discouraged, with containers available to buy and reuse, and some cushion-pimped wooden pallets to sit on and enjoy.
