On the way to this camp trekkers will pass through series of Sherpa villages with well cultivated fields in an area that is fertile. If trekkers choose month of spring than they will surely get chance to walk through the way all covered with beautiful varieties of flowers especially Rhododendron. ItineraryThis is a typical itinerary for this productOur office representative will pick up you from the airport and transfer to the hotel.Pass By: Glorious Himalaya Trekking (P.) Ltd.Today we will take a flight to Lukla which is also known to be one of the thrilling short flight all over the world as it is located on a hill. On reaching Lukla we will rest for a while have our breakfast, carry our necessary stuff and slowly move towards Cheplung Village. From Cheplung village we can see a very beautiful view of the sacred mountain Mt. Khumbila (5,761m). Observing those views we will again make our move to the village of Phakding which lies in Dudh Koshi River valley north of Lukla. After reaching Phakding Village we will have dinner and spend our night over there in a local guesthouse.Pass By: PhakdingOn every morning after having our breakfast we will move towards Namche Bazar. We will pass by many typical villages, small villages, and thesaurus forest. Trekkers can see splendid views of the mountain. Then we will have to obtain an entrance pass to Sagarmatha National park. If the weather is clear we can get a chance to see the glimpse of Mount Everest (8848m). Walking for 6 hours we will crash out the night at the local guest of Namche Bazar.Pass By: Namche Bazaar, Namche Bazaar, Khumbu, Sagarmatha Zone, Eastern RegionWe will spend 2 nights in Namche Bazar as we are already 3000 meters above so to avoid any high altitude sickness risk we compulsorily should stay at least for two nights. So we will have our breakfast and go for day hiking to Syanboche, Khugde(3840m) and even further to Khumjung (3780 meters. Also, we will visit the Sagarmatha National Park museum as a side trip. This day will be thrilled by looking at the amazing views of Himalayan ranges. Again taking the 1-hour walk up to the Everest view hotel above Namche for the sunset view of Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Lhotse, and Everest. At last after going through our acclimatization, we head down to our lodge have our supper and take a good sleep.Pass By: Namche Bazaar, Namche Bazaar, Khumbu, Sagarmatha Zone, Eastern RegionAfter breakfast in Namche, we continue our trek towards Tengboche enjoying the stirring view of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and close up view of Thamserku. We will trek through trails with few ups and down observing beautiful scenery seeing wild lives like pheasant, musk deer and herd of Himalayan Thar. The trail goes slowly down up to Kyangjuma. The path eventually reaches Sanasa which is the major trail junction to Gokyo valley and Everest Base Camp. Then the trail follows through the pine forest and after we cross the bridge over the Dudh Koshi river. Then after, we will reach Phunki Tenga, a small settlement with a couple of tea houses. Here, we will have our lunch and move toward little tough climb steep up through the pine forest. Walking for at least 5 hours we reach Tengboche from where we can see the close active view of Ama Dablam, Nuptse and Everest. In this place, the biggest Buddhist monasteries all over the Khumbu region is situated. We then spend our night over Local guest house of Tengboche.Pass By: Tengboche Gompa, Tengboche, Sagarmatha Zone, Eastern RegionOn this day we will move towards Pheriche from Tengboche after having our breakfast. We will walk sideways a forest and on the way we cross the Imja Khola then we will climb gradually to the village of Pangboche, the village opposite Ama Dablam. Walking all the way along brilliant views of mountains, gumbas, scattered pine trees we reach to Pheriche. Therein Pheriche we will have our dinner and have a good sleep.Pass By: Pherichethis day we will stay in Pheriche to our body rest. But it does not mean we will stay idle, we will go for valley sightseeing. We will go to see the lake, Tshola and vertical walls of Cholatse and Tawache. We can also hike up to Dingboche for the view of Imja valley and the implausible south face of Mt. Lhotse. The views here will leave you astonished. After all of these views, we will return back to our hotels have our dinner and take a rest.Pass By: PhericheToday we will continue our journey to Lobuche. We take a steep climb towards the Khumbu Glacier. We have our lunch on Dugha and then after we go through crisscross trails, rocks of the glacier’s fatal moraine. At the top of this climb, there are many stone cairns, built as monuments of many Sherpas who died while climbing Mt. Everest. Walking along glaciers we reach the cluster of houses to spend our night.Pass By: LobucheAfter a good breakfast, we will move along moraine stones towards Gorakshep from where we will head towards our actual destination i.e. Everest Base Camp. While heading towards base camp we suggest making a short cut way. Let us tell you we won’t be able to see Mt. Everest while walking to base camp. However, we can see the south face of it from Kala Patthar. After all the effort and hardship almost walking for 8 hours we reach Everest Base Camp. We will enjoy our exciting view this day, have our meal and take a sweet sleep.Pass By: Everest Base CampEarly in the morning after having our breakfast we move to climb Kalapatthar at 5,545 meters and enjoy the beautiful sunrise view. From Kalapatthar we can have a magnificent view of Mt. Everest again and other mountain peaks as well. Here, in this place Yaks are considered to be our porters as the terrain are really tough and difficult for human porters, the town of Pheriche is also highly windy. In Pheriche Himalayan Rescue Association Aid post is also located and foreign volunteer doctors provide medical treatment to trekkers and local people as well. Reaching here after 7 hours walk we will stay overnight at lodge.Pass By: PhericheWe again move back to Namchee after taking our breakfast. Walking for six-hours back to Namche from Pheriche we will take a good meal at night and enjoy some drinks as well. Then spend a night at the lodge in Namche.Pass By: Namche Bazaar, Namche Bazaar, Khumbu, Sagarmatha Zone, Eastern RegionOn this day leaving those beautiful mountains behind we will head back to Lukla along the Dudh Koshi River which is 7 hours walk from Namche. There we will spend our night with a good feeling.Pass By: Tenzing-Hillary AirportMost of the flights from Lukla to Kathmandu are scheduled on the morning so you will get a chance to observe all the scenic views from the flight. After flying for 45 minutes we land to Kathmandu airport our vehicles will drive you back to your hotels safely.Pass By: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Kathmandu, Kathmandu Valley, Bagmati Zone, Central RegionYou will begin your trip from sightseeing in Kathmandu valley especially sights listed in UNESCO world heritage like Kathmandu Durbar Square, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath and Pashupatinath with our expert guide. And after your sightseeing, the guide will drop you overnight at the hotel.
