Look for dolphins, seals, pelicans and other marine life on this catamaran cruise from Walvis Bay. The tour offered is completely private! As such we offer small deviations from the planned route on request, as well as stopping anywhere for photographs, for as long as you want. Sandwich Harbor is a unique location, with the ocean meeting the dunes. At Sandwich lagune we take a small walk into the lagune, or climb the dunes for a better view.Wildlife you can expect to see on the tour include Flamingoes and Jackals. We sometimes also see Ostrich and Springbuck, if you are lucky.The drive itself is mostly on the beach, but we do venture into the dunes and into the Kuiseb river delta to vary the scenery a bit.

This tour is a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. We take a leisurely drive from Walvis Bay up to the Salt Works, watching Flamingoes, Egrets and other birdlife in the estuaries along the way. At the Walvis Bay Salt Holdings we drive up a sand dune where there is a stunning view from the top of the Salt Holdings. We stop here for some photos. From there we do a bit of sand driving up to Pelican Point through the pans, where we see more birds, up to the beach, also known as Paaltjies.From Paaltjies we do some sand driving to the peninsula, where the Lighthouse is situated. There is a bit to see here, including the Seal colony, a small shipwreck, and a very nice bay. We spend enough time here for photographs, too.The pace of the tour is very relaxed, with plenty of time to view the local wildlife.
