Fresh water Irrawaddy dolphins are endangered species and very small amount of population left in Irrawaddy river. By joining this tour you can see this species and enjoy the nature on the boat. They are wild but they are helping the local fishermen to get fish. You could see how dolphins and fishermen doing cooperative fishing. During boat trip , you can go to local village to see the culture , ways of life , tradition and others.
Day 01: Boat Trip for Dolphin watching (B, L, D) (By car/boat) After breakfast at your hotel, guide and driver will come and pick you up at the hotel you are staying to transfer to Mandalay Jetty to get on board. The captain will cruise up to the Indaung Village or MyayZun Village until you have a chance to see the sweet-water Dolphins living in River Irrawaddy. The dolphins are living in the mentioned area and around helping the fishermen who live on fishery and transport on the river. Enjoy your lunch on board the board while cruising along.In the late afternoon, you will have a chance to go on the river bank to pay a visit to the villages and observe the life of the locals. Dinner& Overnight on Board.Day 02 Boat trip and Mandalay (B,L,-)( By Boat/car) Enjoy breakfast prepared by our chef! Then, cruise down to Mingun Village where you will go on the river bank .Upon arrival visit to PondawPaya (A five meter high working model for gigantic structure).SettawyaPaya (the valued shrine with a footprint of the Buddha). MingunPahtotawgyiPaya(one of the world’s largest chides built by BodawPaya). Mingun Bell (the World renowned ringing, 90tons weight).HsinbyumePaya(a representation of the SulamaniPyay which stands atop Mt.Meru .In the afternoon, cruise down back to Mandalay. Caution: We will try our best to find Irrawaddy Dolphin but very sometime they are out of our spot. We will not take any responsibility for anything due to weather and water level.
