Elegant Palais Amani offers group and private classes in its beautiful rooftop kitchen, with individual workstations, so every student can get hands-on practice. The full four-hour class includes a souq shop, and in the three-hour bread class (€37), you take your work to the community oven for baking. Two-hour express classes are more of a demo setup.
Private classes (alone or with your own small group) are also an option, for slightly more. These include a Sephardic cooking class; the full-day program includes an expert speaker on Moroccan Jewish cuisine. And if you're really committed, you can do a three-day residency at the hotel, with classes every day.
