See the Kotor Rivera from two dynamic perspectives, by paddle board and by bicycle. This four-hour multisport adventure is perfect blend of sport and tourism, offering an active exploration of Kotor Bay and the towns of Kotor, Dobrata, Muo, Prcanj and Stoliv. First, you'll get an orientation of the places to visit, and then a SUP lesson if needed. Your approximately 75 minute SUP tour to Prcanj will take you to your bikes, which you can use to explore the entire area, finishing up back at the art center in Kotor. A guide will give you suggestions for where to go and what to see with your bikes.
Your tour is a great opportunity to relax and experience the coastline of Kotor while enjoying the low-impact sports of stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) and cycling.First, meet your guide near the cruise port terminal or another pre-agreed location in Kotor. Then, travel to the nearby start point and listen to an orientation briefing on the places you’ll pass and can visit during your 4-hour experience.Next, pick up your SUP board, clip on the provided and compulsory personal flotation device (PFD), and, if needed, get a lesson in the techniques of stand-up paddling.Then, set off on a self-guided paddling tour along the bay’s waters. This part of your experience encompasses around 3 miles (5 kilometers) of shoreline between Kotor and the town of Prcanj, taking you past Muo on one side of the bay and Dobrata on the other.After about 75 minutes on your board, disembark at Prcanj, and after changing, head off on your bike for a further exploration of the area.Your bike, plus a helmet and lock are provided, and a guide will transport your clothing and valuables from the start to the end of your SUP tour and provide you with full directions before getting you going on your bikes. There are places to change at the beginning and end of your SUP experience.Ride along the coast and to towns such as Stoliv, following suggestions for where to go and what to see from your guide. Your tour begins at Kotor’s Dukley European Art Community (DEAC) and you will return here by bike to finish. The DEAC incorporates an art gallery and offers fast Internet access and a co-working space, which are included in the tour.
