You can hire horses from the nomads who camp here in summer. The east side of the park has the best white-water rafting in western Mongolia.

From late June to late August, the massif is populated by nomad camps, and you might be able to organise a stay with the help of one of Ölgii's many tour agencies. Blue Wolf operates a small ger camp in the north of the park, next to a family of Uriankhai nomads.

Blue Wolf Tsambagarav Ger Camp offers full board accommodation; otherwise come prepared with your own food.

Guided Tours

Most Ölgii-based tour operators offer both guided and unguided treks in Tsambagarav Uul National Park, including the chance to scale Tsambagarav Uul (4208m) and neighbouring peak Tsast Uul (4193m).
