Mandalgov Museum

The Gobi

This enjoyable and informative museum is divided into two main sections: a taxidermy-heavy natural history section and a more interesting ethnography and historical section where you'll peruse a collection of priceless thangkas (scroll paintings), old flintlock rifles, bronze arrowheads, silver snuffboxes, pipes, chess sets carved out of ivory, and an unnerving collection of, ahem, castration knives.
