The views from the temple at the top of this somewhat dreary park set behind a drab monastery are vast. They overlook town and the mountains beyond, but the temple is in sorry shape, from the dry fountain, to the defunct sentry kiosk, to the tagged-up doors and marble walls. One peculiar tag reads 'I heart Jastin Bieber'. But take heart, wherever you are, love is real, whether you can spell or not.
