On a tour, knowing the myths, history and archaeological wonders of a pre-Hispanic Mexico City: Teotihuacán. Admire the constructions of the largest city of the Mesoamerican classic period. Its road of the dead, its buildings dedicated to Quetzalcoatl and Quetzalpapalotl. The duration of the guided tour is 4 hours.
The tour starts from the hotel located in Ciudad de Querétaro or San Juan del Río or Tequisquiapan. The tour guide will pick you up in the hotel lobby between 6:45 and 7:00. A transfer will be made from the Hotel to the site, approximately 3 Hrs. When you arrive at the archaeological zone, a 4-hour walk will begin. The first point of the itinerary will be the visit to the Citadel and the interpretative description of the Temple of Quetzalcoatl (Plumed Serpent). We will continue the walk to visit the Conjunto Oeste and the Conjunto Viking, where the history of life and business relations of the Teotihuacan people will be narrated. Our route continues walking in the Calzada de los Muertos to know the Pyramid of the Sun, at this point you can walk to the top and from above admire the City of the Gods, in a panoramic that is worth remembering. When descending we go to the Pyramid of the Moon and the Temple of Quetzalpapalotl, where we will admire the beauty of the building and then we will visit the mural painting that is reflected in the Temple of the snails with feathers. At the end of our visit, the Tourism Guide will recommend some restaurants for lunch.
