The best Oaxaca tapas experience supported by some small Italy-worthy pasta, all served on typically Mexican ceramics, can be found in the pleasantly cramped confines of Tastavins (seven tables and three or four bar stools, all usually taken by around 8pm). They also ply fine Latin-world wine that tastes infinitely better with a plate of cheese and cured meat.
