This semi-rustic eatery is dedicated to exploring the unique tastes of native Mexican corn varieties, and takes the craft of tortillas and antojitos (light tortilla-based dishes) to rare heights. There are plenty of options for vegetarian tetelas (a pre-Hispanic tortilla wrap) and a divine ‘spiritual egg’ dish, which deep-fries a whole egg encased in hoja santa leaves. It’s about 1km north of the 1st-class bus station.
