Chef Ricardo Muñoz searches Mexico high and low for traditional recipes and reinvents them to perfection. Fruits of his labor include buñuelos rellenos de pato (fried snacks filled with shredded duck and topped with mole negro) and pescado tikin xic (an elaborate grouper dish with plantain and tortilla strips). Azul y Oro is 8km southwest of Coyoacán. There's another branch downtown.
