We start in Guadalajara and after almost two hours of transfer we arrive at Santana de Guadalupe, we will visit the Sanctuary of San Pedro Esqueda One of the martyrs of the Cristero War, the Temple of San Pedro Esqueda contrasts with most of the religious baroque architecture of San Juan de los lagos.We will continue to Santo Toribio Romo campus in Santa Ana de Guadalupe which is located in the Municipality of Jalostotitlán, birthplace of venerated saint.Upon Arrival we will have free time to visit the location and have some time to relax,then continue to the city of San Juan de los Lagos, which is considered the most important tourist center in the area due to the fact that it is must important religious site in Mexico and one of the main Marian shrines of Latina America.This is one of the most revered images for Catholics.We will First visit is the Basilica of Our Lady of San Juan de los Lagos. It is the most importan site of the Municipality, and the second most visited Basilica after the basilica of Guadalupe in Mexico City. Our next stop is “El Pocito of the Virgen´s Chapel”. It is a tradition in San Juan de los Lagos, to visit this place.Last point in the visit to the city hall, this Building of simple appearance, is of Neoclassical style built in the mid-eighteenth century. We will have free time for shopping and after we will return to Guadalajara.
