At 6:30pm (8:30pm on New Year's Eve), make your way to the Playa Linda Pier in Cancun and board the "Jolly Roger," a galleon modeled after Christopher Columbus’ Santa Maria. As the ship sets sail, take a seat for the pirate show. You will be thrilled and entertained by an epic pirate show as pirates swing from ropes and act out their dark and bitter feuds, accompanied by live music. Enjoy unlimited drink service with premium bottle service from a motley crew of pirates while the kids have a blast with the on-board games and music. Select one of several different course options ahead of time, then sit down for a gourmet dinner. (There is also a kid-specific menu.) All menus include an extensive salad bar, garnishes, freshly baked breads, and a premium open bar.
The 3.5-hour experience ends with a fireworks display over the Caribbean Sea, making for a truly memorable evening. Menu Options (choose one):
Surf and Turf: combination of grilled lobster tail and beef medallion accompanied with your choice of either a caramelized onion in red wine sauce or a pepper sauce.
Grilled Lobster tail with a light garlic butter sauce accompanied by a pinch of paprika.
Rack of lamb with a white wine, shallots and mustard sauce.
Grilled Mahi Mahi with a lemon and shallot sauce.
Coconut shrimps with spicy mango sauce.
Beef medallion accompanied with your choice of either a caramelized onion in red wine sauce or a pepper sauce.
Grilled Salmon with a honey-mustard glaze.
Grilled Portobello stuffed with a mixture of onions and celery in both camembert and parmesan cheese (Vegetarian Option).
Goat Cheese cannellonis with tomatoes sauce (Vegetarian Option).
