This event is designed to offer our guests a taste of a typical 'Fenkata'. In Maltese the term 'Fenkata' refers to a dinner or feast with rabbit dishes. Rabbit is one of Malta's traditional dishes and with this event we plan to offer a delicious 4-course dinner complimented with insights and stories about food culture and tradition. We will also get the opportunity to try four different local wines which will pair perfectly with each course. Guests will be invited to our private open kitchen situated above the bistro. Guests will enjoy the company of a private chef who will execute the menu. Guests who prefer not to eat rabbit can select other food options.
