The conflict that became the preamble of the Second World War, the Spanish Civil War, inspired some of the greatest artists of the twentieth century as Federico Garcia Lorca, Orson Wells, Arthur Koestler, Andre Malraux, Ernest Hemingway, Pablo Neruda, Picasso, among many others. In this tour, you will travel through time and will have the possibility to learn and analyze what was happening during that period in Spain while you walk observing some of the most emblematic buildings of Madrid.All are welcome to our tours, but we remind you that our tours are for people who travel with their pet, so some of our tourists will have four legs. Now is time to enter to the battlefield and see the streets where the battles took place. But not only the locations, now you are inside the battle and you need to understand what was the situation then. You will learn about the conditions in the city and in the whole country. We will witness historical locations and understand the geography of Madrid. The purpose of that tour is to show you the real battlefields of the Spanish civil war and make you understand what actually happened in that period in Spain but also in the whole world. We will ask you questions and we will make you think and realize what happened back then and how the country is still affected by the events of that period.
