Getting There & Away

The transport stand is in Lower Quthing. Shared taxis serve Maseru (M70, 2½ hours) and Qacha's Nek (M90, 2½ hours), as do faster, more expensive sprinters and slower, cheaper buses. Services to/from Maseru are more frequent. Shared taxis run to/from Tele Bridge border post (M15, 45 minutes), which is linked by shared taxi to Sterkspruit (South Africa) for onward transport. The gravel road connecting Tele Bridge and the main Quthing–Mohale's Hoek road is passable in a 2WD car.
