Would you like to go to Lapland? Five-year-old Rhett Long tells us all about seeing snow for the first time.
I went to Lapland with my Mama. It’s in Finland. We went in December. It was snowy and very cold. I had to wear a special warm suit, hat, scarf, gloves and boots.
I had fun sliding down the slope, making a snowman, throwing snowballs and playing in the snow. I had never seen snow before Lapland.
I went on a sleigh pulled by reindeer and another sleigh pulled by husky dogs that went very fast. My favourite animals are dogs and I loved petting the huskies.
While I was in Lapland I also met Santa three times. I really enjoyed all of my holiday and would like to go back again.
