Egyptian mummy pencil case craft

Inspired by our new book Unfolding Journeys: Secrets of the Nile/Wonders of Egypt, we’ve decided to get colourful and make our own Egyptian mummy pencil case! We’ve got the templates sorted, so it’s down to you to pick your colours! Follow the simple step-by-step guide below. Don’t forget to ask for an adult’s help when using the scissors.

You will need:

  • A4 white paper
  • A printer
  • Colouring pencils or felt-tip pens
  • Scissors
  • Glue

Step one

Print out both the lid and base templates for your pencil case onto A4 paper.

Step two

Gather your equipment!
