Maasai Mara is a top game reserve famous for its exceptional population of lions, leopards, cheetahs among others. Lake Nakuru is found in the central part of Kenya and is one of the Rift valley soda lakes with an elevation of 1754 meters above sea level. The park is famous for the big five and bird’s sanctuary. Lake Naivasha is at the highest elevation of the Kenyan Rift valley at 1,884 metres and home to a variety of types of wildlife including over 400 different species of bird.
Day 1: Nairobi- Masai Mara National Reserve (L/D)You will be picked up at the airport/hotel and be driven to Masai Mara National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch. After lunch and a bit of relaxation we go for an afternoon game drive till dusk. Some of the famous wild animals include: lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephants. • Accommodation: Mara Serena Safari LodgeDay 2: Full day at Masai Mara National Reserve (B/L/D)A full day spent viewing the great predators and explores the parks’ amazingly high concentration of wild animals. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive Cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. During the stay we also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Masai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. • Accommodation: Mara Serena Safari LodgeDay 3:Masai Mara- Lake Nakuru National Park (B/L/D)After breakfast you will have a morning game drive exiting the park and depart for Lake Nakuru National park located in the Great Rift Valley. After lunch an exciting game drive until evening. The Park is a home to stunning flocks of lesser and Greater Flamingos, which literally turn the lake shores in to a magnificent pink stretch. The bird life here is world renown and over 400 birds’s species exist here, White Pelicans, Plovers, Egrets and Marabou Stork. It is also one of the very few places in Africa to see the White and Black Rhino and rare Rothschild Giraffe. • Accommodation: Sarova Lion Hill LodgeDay 4:L.Nakuru- Lake Naivasha (B/L/D)After breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and head to Lake Naivasha. You will arrive at noon, check in at your lodge and have lunch. You will later proceed to Crescent Island, where you will have an opportunity to walk among giraffe, waterbuck, gazelle, and zebra and view an ornithological paradise. • Accommodation: Lake Naivasha Sopa LodgeDay 5: Lake Naivasha - Nairobi (B/L)After breakfast at the lodge, we leave for Nairobi. We will make stop-overs along the way to allow you enjoy the beauty of the Great Rift Valley. On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel or airport for your flight back home. • Accommodation: End of tour (no accommodation)

Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi- Masai Mara National Reserve (L/D) You will be picked up at the airport/hotel and be driven to Masai Mara National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch.
